Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 calendar days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible, we can only refund if the downloaded file(s) are damaged during download and you have not tampered with their table [MERGE FIELD] data. You can only amend the editable areas, colours, logos and footers.
We cannot issue refunds if you have simply ‘changed your mind’, sorry.
We ask that you send us your ‘damaged’ files saved and compressed into a folder (.zip format), label the folder with your order/invoice number and send them to hello@brandingclever.com
Once your return/request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your query. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited.
